Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Murfreesboro

The place is ok. We stayed just for a quick overnight sleep before traveling further. For the cheapest place in the Nashville area it is fine. The noise from the road was a little loud it may be different on the other side of the building. Our room was clean and the breakfast is always a bonus. Nothing special, cereal, waffles, and muffins.

I have not had any issues while staying here, the rooms have been redone and they look great. The pool is not open however, but other than that the people in the office are wonderful.

We booked a room here at the last minute, it was our cheapest option. The desk clerk was incredibly generous and kind, the room was better than we had seen online, and overall we had a great night of sleep. We will certainly be going back!

UPDATE...been a few years must be under new ownership...rooms nice n clean, friendly personal...quiet spot.. microwave didn't work,, nor did tub stopper but overall Much improvement. They are also remodeling. Thanks for the more pleasant experience this go around. I will be back..... 2019 Very rude front desk morning attendant, the night attendant failed to charge me for our dog. Rude morning attendant called room early morning and demanded i come to desk in 5 minutes to pay additional $9 for pet and hung up I was unaware last night that this Inn was also a regularly weekly motel as well. I personally had gotten interstate previous night to check in from long trip out of KENTUCKY. This particular inn of Church St in Murfreesboro, Tn is NOT RECOMMENDED for an out of town guest Futhermore as a review...The rooms are out dated, sheets had previously had cigarettes holes from over the years, window and door locks were broken and were braced with metal pole by night clerk, over bed lights were broken didnt work, bathroom fixtures( paper holder) fell out of the wall when touched, overall score (1-10) 10 being best) This room recives a 5, night service attendant 9, day attendant 0. Please note Im a middle age, white American traveling with my young adult daughter this is important information due to day attendant was a foriegn mid age eastern male with total disrespect for women. I consider this important in my review. We needed 2 more days, yet check out to seek another motel

It was just fine for a 1 nighter....I really wish coffee pots in your room was a true statement...but all and all it was fine.....

super thankful for this place since our last hotel canceled on us, they were super respectful at the front and helped me and my family, the room was average pretty nice, i checked for bed bugs theyre bed bug free, we forgot body wash and the front desk gave us extra soap and shampoo for free!! 100/10 recommend, also its right beside walmart, target, gas stations and mcdonalds

The Hotel itself wasn't horrible, but wasn't the greatest either. They are definitely behind the times on decore. The staff was helpful but sometimes very rude. The location was very inconvenient during daylight hours. Coming from the interstate was hard because you had to make a left turn and that road has very heavy traffic during the mornings and rush hour. The breakfast in the morning was good. Wish there were more hot dishes. My stay was overall average. I would stay there again if I was tight on cash.

Very good price! Everything was just right. I'm visiting from Florida. The manager was right on. They have everything you need here. Breakfast is pretty awesome! Rooms are very clean and everything works out. No bugs! I didn't see people walking around outside because I don't pay attention to that. I'm usually in and out getting to know Tennessee. Originally, we were going to go to the Ramada when we arrived in Tennessee. We arrived in Tennessee at 7 am and the manager was very rude and said he couldn't let us check in early without paying an extra $100.00. (I don't mind paying it. It was the service that made me unhappy and I wasn't even in the room just yet). Keep in mind, I had already made reservations but had to sleep in my car for an extra 8 hours until I could go in at 3pm, after driving 12 hours to get here. My husband and I went over to America's Best Value Inn & Suites and the manager immediately said to come on and rest here and charged us an AMAZING rate without a reservation. He showed WONDERFUL hospitality to us! I would never forget his kindness and what he did. We are here for 2 nights. Love the location. Not far from Nashville. Not a busy area. Bring your friends and family. We're just enjoying ourselves! Lesson learned: I've come to know that SOMETIMES expensive hotels, have terrible customer service, want more money from you or they'll try, stuck up or snobby! SOMETIMES the cheapest with all your necessities may show you better hospitality and have everything you need. Looks aren't everything, what's behind it proves it's promotion! Enjoy!
